"Very courteous! I sold my old car to them today (had a cracked head block) and through the whole thing, they were nothing but polite and helpful. Went quickly, as well. I called yesterday, and they were ready to pick it up right away! There was no charge for pickup since it was in town. The place is sort of out in the boonies, but they even offered to mail the check and bill of sale, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way out there. It's a family business as well, as one of them told me. Will be using their services again should the need arise."
